Single Drive Wheel is a specialised gear system for applications in Automated Guided Vehicles (AGVs).One of the main functions of the Single Drive Wheel is deceleration, i.e. reducing the speed of the input shaft and increasing the torque of the output shaft. This principle is the same as gear reduction, but the Single Drive Wheel offers higher efficiency and a more compact construction. With the Single Drive Wheel, high output torques can be achieved, which is important for applications where high torque is required.The design of the Single Drive Wheel allows for high transmission efficiency and reduced energy losses. Due to its structural characteristics, the Single Drive Wheel can achieve high transmission efficiency in a relatively small space, which is ideal for equipment with limited space such as AGVs.

Servo wheel system – its power core is from its servo-driven motor, which is able to continuously and steadily deliver strong power to drive the planetary gearbox to rotate accurately and precisely, ensuring the smoothness and efficiency of the whole transmission system.
The built-in planetary gear reducer converts the high-speed rotation of the motor to a smoother low-speed rotation in a delicate way, and in the process, realises the multiplication of torque, which gives servo wheel the same strong traction in low-speed operation.
