On the afternoon of October 14, 2025, the atmosphere in Conference Room 1 of Dongguan HouZai Automation Equipment Co., Ltd. was lively, and the mobilization meeting for the implementation and introduction of IATF 16949 quality management system was successfully held here. Breaking through the situation and emerging towards quality
The implementation of IATF 16949 is not for a certificate, but to solve real problems and enable the company to survive and live better in future competition! ”At the beginning of the conference, the words of the management representatives were resounding, accurately pointing out the core significance of system implementation – this is not only an inevitable choice for enterprise upgrading, but also a key step towards excellent quality management.

At the meeting, the company clarified the “core engine” architecture for system implementation: General Manager Fu serves as the overall project leader, providing top-level support and resource guarantee; Director Zhu Bingwen of the Quality Control Center, Mr. Zhu, as the representative of management, coordinates the overall situation and becomes the “core soul” of the project; Mr. Yu, the manager of the Quality Management Department of the Quality Control Center, led the team to control the progress. The process leaders of each department acted as “gears and links”, collaborating with IT, finance and other support departments to build a collaborative team with clear responsibilities and full coverage. From product design and development, manufacturing process control, to procurement management and customer service, the responsibilities of the 12 key processes are implemented one by one to ensure that the system is implemented without blind spots
